Working Principle of Circular Vibrating Screen :

The YZ series circular vibrating screen consists of an electric motor, which directly drives the screen body on both sides through a coupling. Two sets of exciters rotate with unequal centrifugal forces under the connection of the universal joint coupling in the middle. With the combined action of the exciters and supporting springs, the screen body achieves full vibration along an approximate circular trajectory. The material continuously flips and jumps forward under the action of the exciting throwing force, and the materials smaller than the screen openings fall onto the lower layer of the screen mesh, gradually undergoing successive screening. The screened final products are discharged through the discharge chute.
