Working principle:
     The rotor disc of the hammer crusher, equipped with hammer heads, rotates at a high speed driven by an electric motor, resulting in high-speed circular motion of the hammer heads. When materials enter the crushing chamber, they are struck by the high-speed rotating hammer heads, leading to the impact on the counterattack plate and the frictional collision between high-speed projectile materials, resulting in crushing. The materials that meet the particle size requirements are discharged through the designated sieve holes. Materials that do not meet the requirements are crushed again by the hammer heads as new materials enter. When large-sized materials enter the crushing chamber, they are blocked by preset grate bars at the upper part of the crushing chamber and subsequently fall into the lower part of the crushing chamber after being crushed into medium-sized or smaller pieces. This prevents other working components from being damaged due to the sudden increase in load caused by large materials, ensuring smooth and stable crushing operation.
